Refund policy
1. Nature of Our Products
All products sold at greytide.store are digital downloadable files in PDF format. No physical product is shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate access to download your files directly to your device.
Because our products are digital in nature and are delivered instantly upon payment, they are subject to the specific refund policy described below.
2. No-Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:
— The file has been downloaded or accessed after purchase.
— You have changed your mind after purchasing.
— You purchased the product by mistake.
— You do not have the technical means to open a standard PDF file.
— The product did not meet subjective expectations not stated in the product description.
Because digital files cannot be returned once received, the content remains in the buyer's possession regardless of whether a refund is issued. This is why all sales are final.
3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will consider a full or partial refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:
— The file is corrupted or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
— You were charged more than once due to a technical error.
— You did not receive the download link and we are unable to resend it.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

5. Technical Requirements
Our products are delivered in standard PDF format, compatible with all major devices and operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. A free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader is sufficient to open all files.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software to open PDF files before purchasing. Inability to open the file due to missing software does not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at contact.greytide@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues promptly and personally.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact, for reasons not covered under our exceptions policy, may be disputed with supporting evidence of delivery and access to the digital product.

GreyTide reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
